Shipping Policy
At Wildcatter Designs, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
Production & Processing Times
Order processing times vary depending on whether the item is standard inventory or custom-crafted:
Non-Custom Items: Standard inventory items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Seasonal Items: Seasonal and holiday items are not returnable, but can be exchanged if damaged.
Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the custom design and manufacturing process required for personalized goods, custom items normally ship within 1 to 10 business days, depending on the design complexity.
Exceptions: If a specific product requires a lead time outside of these normal production expectations, the adjusted timeframe will be clearly stated directly on that item’s product listing.
Delivery Times
Once your item leaves our shop, final delivery time depends on:
- The shipping method you select at checkout.
- Your delivery location relative to our shop in Texas.
- An order shipped across town will greatly differ from an order shipped to an APO order in Belgium.
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your shipping label is generated. For this reason, the tracking information may not update until your item is received by the carrier. Receipt of tracking information does not indicate your item has been produced or packaged, only that the shipping label has been generated.
Gifts
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
