HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your hat color and patch color from the drop down menus.
2. To personalize it, type the name or number exactly as you want it engraved, for example Liam, Jackson, or 5 (great for birthday hats!). Maximum 12 characters. Leave the box empty if you do not want a name.
3. Check the spelling carefully. We engrave exactly what you provide, and no proof is sent before production.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Every hat is made to order, so nothing ships off a shelf. Yours is engraved, finished, and handed to the carrier within 3 business days of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, so weekends and holidays do not count toward that window. Carrier transit time is added on top, and the delivery estimate shown at checkout already accounts for both.
Photos show actual products that have been produced and photographed in our shop. Image backgrounds are often AI generated to match the design.
To ensure the longevity of your hat, please follow these instructions:

Spot clean only: Use a mild stain remover and a soft toothbrush, keeping the patch dry. Let the hat air dry.

Avoid heat: No clothes dryer, no dishwasher. Heat can damage the patch and loosen the adhesive that holds it on.

Leatherette patches: Wipe with a damp cloth if needed. If the patch gets wet, let it air dry.

Natural leather patches: Do not soak. Water dries out top grain leather and can cause it to crack over time. If it gets wet from rain, let it air dry naturally. After salt water, rinse the whole hat with tap water, then let it air dry.
